Payment

Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, Afterpay, etc.

Delivery

The shipping fee is calculated based on the purchase amount and the distance from the warehouse. Our products are generally shipped from warehouses outside of Melbourne. You can check more details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Self-pickup is also available, and it’s free of charge.

Damage And Returns

Our products come with a 15-day return policy.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.

  • If the original packaging is not available, the item must be securely repacked to prevent damage during transit.

  • Upon receipt of returned goods, we will inspect them. If no issues are found, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • All return costs (including delivery and collection fees) will be borne by the buyer.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies if goods are not returned in original condition.

General

We will include product dimensions in the product page description. For large furniture items, please allow for a 1–2 cm measurement tolerance. Before purchasing, please measure the available space in advance or contact our designers for assistance with space measurement.

If there are any manufacturing defects or faults, we offer exchanges within 7 days. For exchange requests, please contact our support team at support@orianacohome.com.au
