Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return, cancellation, and exchange policies carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in original, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
- If the original packaging is not available, items must be securely repacked to prevent damage during transit.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receipt and inspection of returned goods (if no issues are found).

All return costs (including delivery & collection fees) are at the buyer’s expense.
- A 20% restocking fee applies if goods are not returned in original condition.
- Clearance, ex-display, custom, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Cancellations
- Please choose carefully — refunds or exchanges are not available for change-of-mind or incorrect selection.
- Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 days of placement, subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
- After 2 days, cancellations or modifications cannot be processed.
- If a delivery cannot be accepted, a cancellation fee of up to the full purchase price, plus any storage, handling, or restocking fees, may apply.
Exchanges
- Exchange is subject to stock availability in-store. Waiting time may apply.
- Exchange process takes 5–7 working days if the product is available in our Melbourne store.
- For items not in-store, exchange may take 5–6 weeks (including shipping).

Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are available only for manufacturing defects/faults.
- Must be requested within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Items must be in the original wrapping and not assembled or part-assembled in any way.
